All of our team members are enthusiastic climbers in the most diverse facets and have broad qualifications. Our work and our climbing (as different as it may be) is based on the same values, how we pass on our passion and ideas to you, how we design our trainings and workshops.

In our training courses, we take into account that every person is different and has different requirements. We go directly to you and your climbing – holistically and individually.

The point is to consciously challenge the body a little more and differently than it is used to. To train in a targeted and holistic way to perhaps fulfill a small wish, to feel better or to achieve a set goal.

In our personal training, we take a very individual approach to you and your climbing or bouldering skills and work on your strengths and weaknesses depending on your orientation and goal. From 5th – 11th UIAA (climbing grade).

Our performance coaching is aimed at all climbers who feel at home in the higher grades and who want to continue working on their climbing – be it in general – or in competitive sports, for plastic or the rock.

In our mental training, the focus is on self-determination when climbing, so that we replace the fog of fear, insecurity and lack of trust with fun and joy – even at the performance limit.

In our indoor and outdoor workshops we work holistically with you on your climbing. But there are also themed workshops where we focus more narrowly.

Our climbing workshops are aimed at everyone with more or less experience on natural rock. No matter if you want to try your first lead route, collect mileage on the wall or are looking for relaxation during a climbing trip… everything is possible and there is something for everybody. 5 – 10 UIAA grade

Women and men climb differently. Men find it easy to get involved in mixed groups – women often heavier. That’s why we only have offers for women, tailored to their needs.

We design your individual training plan with you, tailored to your goals, your strengths and your time – live and/or online.

Our online coaching is an individual offer for you to filter out the right thing for you from the flood of online videos and freely available training plans if you live too far from one of our locations or are tight in terms of time.

Train the trainer is a concept of trainer training that was specially developed for the advanced and further training of trainers in the bouldering and climbing area.

Our mountain guides will bring you safely and with a lot of joy to your dream summit and lead you on your long-awaited climbing tour – be it in summer or in winter, on skis or with light luggage, on ice or rock, we will accompany you!

Our trainers have many years of experience in training & team building and, with their double qualification, are well prepared to individually address your topics!
